Our Fees (as of January 2026):

One hour session of CBT, CFT, IPT £85.00 (special introductory rate)*.

All rates are subject to review, please confirm rates at the time of booking.

Payment for each session will be due on the day of the appointment via cash, cheque, BACS or card.

* applies to self-funding individuals only, not those funded by insurance or employers etc.
